Very welcoming by all staff and extremely efficient at check in. Lovely atmosphere and subtle, soothing colors. I felt relaxed and unhurried. This is NOT a chain…but a very intelligent doctor making a difference. Her explanations and computer visuals were WAY more than I ever viewed regarding my eye health. I’m extremely pleased with my new lenses and frames. I also feel confident that if my new glasses need adjustments, they will quickly accommodate my needs.

1st time patient and absolutely sticking with Dr. Ansari. I've been looking for a new optometry practice since my old one went corporate (MyEye Dr), and became impersonal and only about the money. Great personal touch, both her and her staff. They took the time to listen and understand all my issues and explain all aspects of the examination. Highly recommended, especially for aging eyes like mine (but I'm sure she'd be great with kids too).

I am a new patient to Lumen and was really impressed with the whole process. From the moment I walked in, I was instantly greeted by Suzy and before even having my new client paperwork filled out, I had already picked out my new frames. Dr. Ansari is extremely knowledgable and I can tell that she truly cares about her patients. By the end of my exam, both Dr. Ansari and Suzy made the experience feel like I was the only patient there because of the level of concern and professionalism. When I went to pick up my new frames, which was only three days later (due to their ability to make certain lenses on site) Suzy made sure they fit appropriately and really just made the whole process feel quick and personable. Because of my great experience, I would highly recommend this office.

I had the best experience with Lumen eye center. I have been going to MANY eye center in the last 50 years. This was the Best!!
