Meet Our Doctor Dr. Tina Ansari

Dr. Tina Ansari earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Virginia. Post-graduation, she spent a year working in research at the Pathology department at UVA. While she found the experience to be quite rewarding, she realized that she wanted to work directly with patients. She went on to attend and earn her Doctorate in Optometry from University of California – Berkeley. Her training focused on primary eye care, contact lens fitting, and ocular disease management with externships at the Portland VA Medical center, Seymour Johnson Airforce Base, and the Casa Grande VA Medical Center. After several years of practicing out West, she decided to move back to her home state of Virginia to be closer to family.​​​​​​​
